When playing with PAINTS fails,
which happened repeatedly in the last 3 days,
I sometimes like to PLAY with food.

Watermelon Shake - NO dairy



Holy Molly, this felt goooood....!!! <3

Blend following COLD ingredients in a blender:

• 1/5 watermelon
• 1/2 Gaia melon
• 1/4 avocado
• 1/2 Meyer lemon juice & tiny bit of zest
• 1 mega-hydrate (optional)
• micro-pinch of Himalayan salt (optional)
If I had had any, I would have added a mint leaf :-) 

Recommendation: If you want to avoid any sort of gassy discomfort, eat this on an empty stomach. That's because the melon family likes to be digested alone
