Citrus Appetizer


When playing with paints fails, which happened repeatedly in the last 3 days, I sometimes like to play with food. Yesterday, my friend Shashi started a beautiful blog called "Shashi Cooks." (see link below)

She inspired me enough to create & share the "clean palette" CITRUS APPETIZER I made this morning... What I mean by "Clean Palette" is: FEW FRESH carefully chosen ingredients (from Lake County Organics Plus.)

  • Avocado
  • Grapefruit 
  • Kumquat finely chopped
  • Basil finely chopped
  • Dash of Meyer lemon juice
